Hey guys I'm new in Korea... living in Cheonan, anyone else here?

Also I know all the mobiles here are locked and the whole system is closed but is there ANY way to get a foreign phone to work here? Surely there is some sort of mod?

Failing that, anyone know which company does the best deals here on calling rates? And is it much better to get a contract? (assuming I find a Korean sponsor to get me one)
