| Hi, I sometimes have problems with my internet and I'm trying to see whether or not its my modem, my modem is like from the 1990's. But I checked my local *marts and I couldn't find any. Also is there anything technical I have to do or just plug and play? |

Unless you are using analogue dial-up service the box is the responsibility of the ISP. contact them for a replacement (free). |
