I think the only thing I ever saw her in was the non-porn Cronenberg film. The Golden Age Of Porn was a bit before my time, at least in terms of being old enough to see the movies.

Actually, no. I just post the ones that I come across while reading the general news.

In fact, I don't even know where you'd go to find a concentrated round-up of obituaries on-line.

She was before my time too. The oldest porn movie I've seen, actually the first I ever saw, was one where Ron Jeremy was a Union general, Sean Michaels was a slave, and a bunch of white women were southern belles on a plantation in the American Civil War.

She was the Ivory snow girl when little and once said she couldn't sit down for a week after John Holmes got finished with her poop chute. Make way for the iron sausage! Sad

By the way, the "home" they found her in was an old trailer. She probably never got more than $5-10k for anything she did. The porn stars got very little and the members of a certain (very evil) tribe got rich.

The porn back then was a lot more politically incorrect than it is today. In the movie, Ron Jeremy was doing one of the southern belles and told her to close her eyes and not to look. Then he winked at Sean Michaels, who was standing in the doorway, and motioned for him to come over and take his place. The belle was enjoying it until Ron told her, "Okay, you can open your eyes now!" She turned around and saw it was Sean and screamed. Laughing

But about Marilyn Chambers, I don't think anyone can blame the tribe for her living in a trailer. Everyone in California was having sex and she was getting paid more to do it than 99.999999% of the population. She had more looks and brains than most women and could've married a rich man or at the very least spent her money more wisely. She was an adult in a free country and marched to the beat of her own drum and chose her path. Blaming anyone other than her for living in a trailer is about like blaming NBA commissioner David Stern for former basketball star Larry Johnson living in the basements of friends and relatives from paying child support to four or five different baby mamas. Very Happy
