Ok, this is the mother of all Seoul-Manila flights:

90-day return ticket
Available until May 31

Price: 276,500 tax inc.! (180,500 + 96,000 tax)

Airline: Cebu Pacific Air

So, I'm not sure how this works, but basically a few Korean travel agencies have this flight even though Cebu Pacific posts nothing about it on its website.
If you go on Tour Cabin (www.tourcabin.com) you will see a few agencies who offer this flight.
I booked with TourTalk (www.tourtalk.co.kr)

If your Korean isn't great, have a Korean call these places and book for you.
Good luck.

any similar deals for round-trip flights to cebu?

I wouldn't say you'll regret going to Manila, but once is enough. I don't care to hit that city again.

Top travel have just quoted me 461,000 including tax for a 3 month return ticket to Manila on PAL. Its weird cos all of PALs internet fares are around the 944,000 mark.
Is Top travel any good?

I got the same quote from a travel agency in Itaewon (near the mosque) but it didn't include tax (about 30k) for some reason.

Where is Top Travel located?

How long are you staying in the Phils? Cebu Pacific Airlines is flying to Manila for 256,000 won including tax for a ticket good for two weeks, and I'm sure there are cheaper rates from different sites out there.

Incheon has indeed been added finally to Cebu pacifics website and the 40,000 won fares are ridiculously priced! (About 120,000 won return with tax and surcharges)however, they are sold out till June outwardly to Manila but coming back there are plenty of seats still available. I don't know any other airlines that can compete with those prices so i doubt it'll last too long before the price goes back up to something realistic.

Ok, first of all, I think I just purchased my ticket on Cebu Pacific. I actually had some problems with the website because they would not accept my Visa card that is "Verified by Visa" so I had to use my Mastercard which is not verified and which I haven't used in years, and it went through. I got a price of 98,000 won because I do not plan on checking any luggage in, this is for a round trip ticket leaving Incheon June 1 and coming back August 31.

But this fare is so cheap, I will believe it when I get the confirmation sent to my e-mail adress. Nothing yet, though...

I'm having the same problem with my Korean issued KB Visa. After submitting, it pops over to some Korean verification site where none of the buttons work...and seems to ask for some code or PIN, and entering my ATM PIN didn't work. Oh well. Maybe the Filipinos can have my tourist money next year when they fix their website.

I had this same problem yesterday when I tried to use my girlfriends card. It wouldn't work, so I called their customer service line and tried to make the reservation, but they wanted to charge double the price. I tried to do everything again online, but got the same error. I finally gave up and used my American card without any problems.

Be careful about flying on Cebu and making reservations online. They have a HORRIBLE reputation when it comes to giving refunds, so try not to make any mistakes when booking.
