I am very into sprouting seeds to add to my salads, but have found very few kinds of seeds to sprout in Korea. Basically, I've been doing sunflower seeds and mung beans (the little green ones) here. I tried brown rice, but it didn't work.
Back home, I used to sprout fenugreek, mustard seeds, chickpeas, alfalfa, lentils etc.
Who else is into sprouting? What have you been able to get going here? |

| I found chickpeas and lentils at the middle eastern mart next to Everest restaurant at the Yeungdonpogo subway stop. I think they have several kinds of lentils and beans there. It's fairly cheap too. I bought a pretty big bag of dried chickpeas for 4,000 won. |

| Thanks for that. I'll check it out next time I am in Seoul. |
