| I'm having trouble getting my background check at a police station due to my work schedule. Is it possible for me to buy one those criminal background checks from online, and get it apostilled? Thanks in advance. |

| NO! Immigration stopped accepting online checks last year. They were good for awhile but they deemed them not good enough. You must get one in person from your country. |

If youre Canadian, you canget it from Winnipeg police services ....including VSS. Just download the form from their website and mail or fax with two pieces of ID and a CC number. Quite speedy service, too.
EDIT: nevermind. noticed your from NJ. still - heads up to canadians, especially to those in korea now - WPS delivers overseas to you. |
