Specifically I'm trying to find one of those roll type bars that helps you do sit-ups.

Summer is coming. Need to shift the flab, but due to back problems, I need some support.

Any ideas where I can find one? So far I've checked HomePlus at Yongdu, LotteMart at Seoul Stn, and various websites. And Dongdaemun.

The nearer Jongno-Gu the better.

Help, I'm a fat git.

just flick around on the teli. I always see those selling on the shoping network. I'd say you'd be better off joining a nearby gym and hitting the treadmills or just going for a walk. check out the paths along the han and use the free eqipment they have every so often.

Simply pathetic, I haven't ever seen a store that sells a real baseball. The kids play with those soft rubber coated balls at best.

They sell 150 dollar gloves and expensive bats, but no real balls if at all.

You can find tennis balls with tennis raquets and ping pong balls with paddles, why not baseballs with gloves and bats?

Korea supposedly has one of the best baseball teams in the world but you can't freakin buy a real baseball or have to go to a special store only *** knows wherever? Rolling Eyes
