ha ha. That was my initial response! I did type it at first but I thought i'd leave that did for an American! Smile

The 3 shots thing was impressive until I realised that these were in fact Somali Americans, who were each 5 feet wide! Very Happy

Canada had the third largest navy in the world during WWI. How dumb do you have to be to think a country surrounded by ocean on three sides would not have a navy... unless you didn't know Canada was surrounded by ocean on 3 sides. Laughing

Gazz...dude...we get it....you're a Brit who hates Americans and Canadians. That's your schtick....your calling card....your modus operandi.

If you were a Pokemon card you'd be "The Gazzinator" ...hater of all things North American and lover of things British and John Lennon.

Time to change it up there big guy...

Chet Wautland likes this.

Oh, a side note from grade 10 history class: When the Brits entered WW1, Canada automatically entered. When the Brits entered WW2, Canada waited a day before entering to show their independence.

The Canadian navy is actually pretty awesome. While American sailors only get a can of beer after being at sea for three months with no port calls--usually carriers cruising the Indian Ocean or Persian Gulf--the Canucks convert the galley (mess hall) into a bar every night after dinner.

I was stationed in Bermuda in 1980 and that was the place to party when they pulled into port.

I love the joke about the American navy asking a Canadian lighthouse to move out of the way.

Rank often disappears as well, meaning you can get as pissed as a boiled owl with your CO and everything's well and good the next day.

The Canadian army contingent here for NORAD in CO are no slouches either. Famous for their Friday "barbeques".
We have a club here--we call 9:00 PM "American Midnight" because that's when they tend to go home--and the Canucks are just getting warmed up Smile
God love 'em, the French Canadians make the most noise.
