| I got several self hypnosis/subliminal mp3 packages. I tried it out for couple of nights, right before bed. I didn't really care for the relaxation hypnosis, but I really wanted to improve my concentration and memory. I don't think it works, or may be I am doing something wrong. Couple of them had some guy with a fairly creep voice. Perhaps my mind is resisting because I have fear of getting stuck in my mind with the creepy voice in my head telling me to kill? In any case, Has anyone used these hypnosis packages successfully? Is there some trick to this? Am I expecting more than what it does? I just saw the Mentalist, I thought I could like hypnotize myself to do superhuman feats. |
