Hi,

lots of people have been using the word "sparkling" in posts. I also heard that someone put it in a book title about Korea.

Can someone please explain this?

THanks!

It's a Korean government tourism campaign that some find amusingly naff. And reference sarcastically. A lot. You'll occasionally see it on the side of buses around Seoul, and in tourism related locations.

Everything that isn't "sparkling" is "dynamic," unless of course, it's "eco-city."
