Looking for a place to within Seoul to give you exercise and the fun of wakeboarding?
Here are directions and prices to one of the my fav places to go to.

It is in Apgujeong / Jamwon Area of the hangang, and you can easily walk, taxi, or drive there.

Heres a map:
Apgujeong Station Exit 6 - Walk straight, turn right - go though the tunnel and walk straight.

It is about 20,000 won for an outboard boat (smaller wake)
And about 38,000 for the inboard boat (huge wake, for pro riders)

Also they have a starters package, and of course all boards are included.

Before you say hangang is infected or something, also included at the wake boarding place is showers, wetsuits, swimsuits, towels, etc so you can take a shower right afterwards for free.

It's quite nice, all of the people there are more then helpful, and you can PM me to go anytime and I can meet or pick someone up from the station if they are intrested in going!

"Wakeboarding" is the proper name.

I like wakeboarding, but there is no way in hell I'll get in the Han River.

I've done it a few times at this place. Really nice guys and they gave me some good lessons when was new to it. Would recommend this place.

Yes - the Han River is pretty dirty but hey - it gives you more motivation to stay up on the board! Laughing

* Seriously though- I just held me breath when I fell in and had a long shower afterwards!
