I know that this has been asked a gazillion times. But does anyone know where I can find a website in Korean that says that taxes are not 3.3% for E2 visa holders?

My semi-private elementary school (not a hagwon, not an afterschool program, does everything completely legit) thinks it should be 3.3%, but said that if it isn't supposed to be 3.3 that they would change it. They just need some sort of proof that this is the way it should be. A website or some sort of information about labour board law ideally in Korean would make me SUPER happy.

Thanks
