Ahh, I wish you lived in Chuncheon, I've been looking for a yellow scooter. I can't see any practical way to get it from Wonju to Chunch without a truck.
Might be worthwhile to post photos, since people will definitely ask for them. |

| Don't let the fact that I live in Wonju be a turn off. I would drive the scooter as far as Seoul possibly. Sound crazy? Might be a nice adventure. Something to tell the grandkids. |

| vehicles powered by 50cc engines in Korea don't have papers. No plates, no required insurance, etc. |
