Well, I know a lot of folks have problems with their Co-Teachers. God knows I did last year. However, This year my Co-Teacher and handler is an awesome lady that has taken care of every problem and request I've had in a matter of hours, tops. Knowing how rare this is and that her birthday is coming on May 10th, I really want to get her a nice gift that will show my appreciation for doing such a great job.

However, I have no idea what a mid 40's married Korean mother would like. Every adjective in that last sentence is a demographic I have no clue about. The only clue I have is that she really digs fashion, in fact, she dresses more like a uni student than a typical adjuma her age. Other than that, I can't seem to crack the surface and find out other interests she might have and buying cloths or jewelry for her due to the fashion thing seems a bit odd coming from a co-worker. Besides, I'm not fashionable at all and would have no clue where to start.

So, any ideas? I guess the married guys would probably know best, as you probably have to get gifts for the Korean side of the family on occasion.

Gift certificates from any major department store have ALWAYS been a hit for me when it comes to buying gifts for older female co-workers. 50,000 should do it.
