My gym only has 2.5 kg weights as its lowest and I'm finding it hard to add 5 kgs to my lifts each time. I know I can just increase the reps at the same weight but I would rather follow my program as it is written.

So a korean website or a location(preferably in Daejeon or Daegu) where I can buy 1.25 kg Olympic weight plates would be a big help. When I get them I'll just donate them to my gym.

I'm sure anyone who would reply to this thread will know this but the weights I need have a bigger hole than the standard ones.

You can try Gmarket. I ordered some plates but the whole wasn't big enough. I ended up just buying 1.25kg ankle weights. They work like a charm.

btw, in the same vein... what is the weight of the bar in kg's? I'm assuming it's 20 kg, but when i started lifting again a few months ago, it seemed a lot lighter than I remember the 45 lb bar being back home. Am I really that manly or does the bar here weigh less than 20?
