It's a tough week coming up three days of desk warming and a 4 day weekend.

They could at least give me some eggs to sit on so I was some use.

Have you ever broached the subject of "working from home" on those days? That is what we call it at our high school.

Yeah, my job sucks too. In the past week and the next five I have...
one 2 day week,
three 3 day weeks,
two 4 day weeks.
After that I have a 5 day week.

Come on people, can't a guy get a little sympathy here?

My co-teacher asked me if I'd like to take a day off rather than desk warm. She gave an excuse to the vice prince and that was that. Good time to do it if you have no classes.

My strongest guess is that the co-teacher also feels lucky to have a good native teacher. I have not been here long but they are bending over backwards to make my life simple. I OF COURSE AM ALSO BENDING OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE THEIR LIFE SIMPLE.

THINK ABOUT IT.

Am I the only FT that has to invigilate exams?... it's so boring I'd rather be teaching. On the plus side, I get to go home at 12:45.
