Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has taken their Korean spouse to the US for vacation after they started the VWP? Did Immigration ask a million questions? Or was it easy?
I was just curious because I haven't submitted the I-130 yet. It is $355 USD and was hoping to avoid paying that before vacation. Does anyone know about this? Will they ask about it? Not going there permanently, just a visit. We have been married over 2 years and have already visited once and didn't have any issues, but I just don't want to take any chances. Any opinions? Thanks in advance.... |
