Geckos bartender Murdered !

anyone shed some light on this..
I heard over the weekend from a guy that A korean female bartender who worked at Geckos for 5 years was murdered by her brother the other week. her name ws sammy or sunny, or something like that...

true or false??

Agree with Straphanger, please show a bit of decorum. The OP has asked a question, but even the sensationalism of the title thread strikes me as being a bit over the top and inappropriate.
IF a bartender has been murdered then that is tragic and a public forum of a bunch of people who most likely don't know her speculating on the motives of the murderer is unnecessary and disrespectful.
I really hope that this is simply a rumour.

Yeah, should have made that clearer. I meant that his title stated strongly that a murder had occured, but then the actual post was asking if a murder had occured. The title should have posed that question.

There was another thread on this subject already. The opinion there was that she was strangled by her brother when she refused to pay of his credit card debts.

No idea if it's true or not. As always a sad situation. I'm sure if there were more sordid details that it would have been covered more in the news.
