A friend of mine has been studying abroad for the last 6 months and is due to return to Korea soon. She is around intermediate level and wants to continue classes regularly when she returns next month.

She said that her previous schools were not to impressive and has asked me if I could recommend a good school in Seoul for adults. I have said I will try to find out for him and am wondering if anyone on here could point me in a direction.

Does anyone know of some good adult schools with interesting/relevant curriculums that will allow her to practice and improve her speaking? I know of Pagoda, Wall Street, Chungdahm and YBM. Are they decent from a student's point of view? Are there any smaller schools that could be recommended?

Any help would be appreciated...

What consists according to her as a good school?

It is my personal experience that what is tought is not so important, as is how it is tought. Especially with languages.

Sorry for the late reply!

She is at intermediate level and wants to go to a school which places most emphasis on communication. A strict non-Korean language policy would be good and she also wants the opportunity to use the language with other students.

My girlfriend attends English classes at the British Council.

She says Koreans rate the BC highly.
