Could'a sworn, you know, heard a big fart coming from my outside storm drain. It was like, a growl, someone in pain. Thought it was the adjumma upstairs, checked, no one there. Then heard it again.

Rats?

Rock, how long have you been in country? You may need a vacation brother!

No, actually farts echoe. They stay down there, just waiting to explode. Ever hear of cow gas?

Now cow gas can be heard via the atmosphere, which is why they now have satellites monitoring the cow gas situation in the western U.S. due to destruction of the ozone layer/global warming. Just think, then, how much gas our sewers produce!

It's ENORMOUS!! Now, there are critters down there too. They produce gas. The 'Mud People' in southern CA have witnessed this. Combine this with the fact Korea's the most populated country in the world via square mile.

The sewers are overwhelmed! I heard the groan, the echoe, the 'big one that got away.'

Rock - Get your ass to SE Asia! I hate to see a fellow "waygookin" crack up. You must have a few days off at the beginning of next week. Go my friend, free yourself of this demon.

Thanks, but what about the smell? I've been to Hong Kong, smelled the worst. Now if you're implying that down in SE Asia they haven't any sewers, that's fine. Could go and experience a breath of fresh air. But explosive gases we try to hide?

How can you, seeing these explosive elements are beneath us, and within the bowels of our every day existence, just waiting to explode?

Then we complain about second-hand smoke? I mean, why not quarantine our toilets, or put advertizements on them warning of the dangers. At least we could introduce green tech and follow the French when it comes to safety/hygiene.

You just made my day. When I said go to SE Asia, I was referring to you definitely needing a vacation, not whether or not that part of the world has sewers filled with combustable alkanes. But since we are on the subject, I guess I see your point. But, when was the last time you heard sewer gas squeel like it was in pain, other than the time mentioned when starting this thread. I believe the open sewer technology (if you want to call it that) in K-Land aerates the lines, diluting the amount of methane etc. underneath us as we type.

I still think a few days away from the Hermit Kingdom will do you some good. I just hate to see any waygookin pop due to intercranial halucinations. Go brother!
