|
|
For those into boxing, the cable channel KBS N Sports will air the Manny Pacquiao vs. Ricky Hatton junior welterweight starting at 9:50 a.m. Sunday morning.
I believe it's semi-live because the last time a Pac-Man fight was aired, it was on a 20-minute delay or something.
Anyway it beats the pay-per-view fees we'd have to pay elsewhere. |

Cant wait to see this fight, but it will be available for download/streaming on ninjavideo.net within an hour or two of the finish. They are pretty big boxing fans over there.
I'll catch it later Sunday night when I can enjoy a cold beer and a huge sandwich! |

I'd like to see Hatton win, but as great of a coach as Mayweather is, I don't think he has had quite enough time with him to change Hatton's style.
I'm giving it to Pac - 8th round TKD |

Ricky ain't beating Manny...
I've seen all the fights after the Kosta fight.... and they were almost all boring fights... hugging and holding...
he looked good against paulie though so hopefully it'll be a good fight |

If, and only if, Manny manages to beat Ricky, surely that is Hatton finished on the big stage? Two high profile fights in the US and two defeats would be pretty hard to come back from. |

Am I right in thinking that the the main event is going to start around 12pm? Also does anybody know anywhere in Southern Seoul (namely the Jamsil/Gangnam area) I can watch it? |

I don't care who wins...I want to see a good fight! 12 rounds! Not a 1st round knock out....going 12 rounds will prove who is the better fighter.
Manny has speed....Ricky has power. Manny trains by having his sparring partners hit his stomach constantly. He has an iron stomach. He can take a punch round after round. It'll be a great fight! I think it'll be Ricky though. |

The only nationalistic sports fans more annoying than Koreans are drunk Englishmen. So I will be rooting for Pacman.
"Hitman" Hatton? Please. Boxing has one Hitman, and his name is Hearns not Hatton. |

Why do you even mention Americans? This fight is between a Filipino and an Englishmen. Are you so preoccupied with all thing American that the USa and Americans are constantly going through your mind? Get a grip buddy. The USA isnt the only country on this planet. |

Examples please... |
Oh Christ - I would be here all day!
That moronic 'UOOOSA UOOOSA' chant your sports fans do on a regular basis and when Lennox Lewis fought Lionel Butler in the states - the American fans drowned 'God Saved the Queen' with a barrage of boos!
I admit though - if you septics played more sport the rest of the planet played - you would be more annoying - but crowing on about the 1980 ice hockey final against the USSR and the 1992 basketball 'dream team' was bloody annoying.
Yup - American sports fans are annoying - get over it! |
