I spoke with someone that is from China and he spends a lot of time in that part of the world.
He told me that MORE money can be made just doing the private tutoring as opposed to going through recruiters for the Public and Private Schools
I am aware of the laws about private tutoring, but that's only if you're "Moonlighting" outside of what the recruiter wanted you for in the other schools.
But can you just to the private lessons alone without going through a recruiter, just do private lessons alone? |

Before you inadvertently start another useless flame war, try reading the sticky on the top of this forum. The mods would probably lock this thread and direct you there sooner or later anyways. |

People on an E-2 visa are not allowed to teach private classes. We are allowed in the country to work for the person/company sponsoring our visa, and that is all. |

Workign on a tourist visa will get you thrown out of the country. You need the E-2 to work legally at a school or crapwon, and then they have you by the short hairs; no teaching outside your sponsoring school without permission.
Get caught, get booted. |
