Hi,
I'm just finishing my 2nd contract at a PS and want to realize my long-delayed ambition to live in Seoul. I haven't been keeping up with the job search knowledge base since I haven't been looking for a job for a couple of years.
So, just thought I'd check in to see if the sites I've used in the past are still the only ones worth bothering with.
Dave's, of course, is number one. The other site I used in the past was worknplay which is where I found my current position. Visiting there lately the volume of job listings seems to be greatly reduced compared to a couple of years ago. I'm guessing this is due to the recession. But just thought I'd check to see if there are any other sites that are actually worth perusing.
Cheers. |

Actually, it is probably due to the fact that they started charging for ads recently. Nonetheless, those are the two I use myself. A neat little aggregator that I take a look at once in a while can be found here: http://www.pageflakes.com/eflclassroom/25316794 |

very little to do with the recession as there are still tons of jobs out there......it's because worknplay recently have started charging recruiters for the privilege of posting an ad.....55k for 1 ad, 135k for 2, 165k for 3.....don't know what other sites they're using now. I know some recruiters have just started mass mailing everybody instead whether you have a job or not. |

Thanks for mentioning my aggregator - a real quick way to see all the sites at one go! Just one of the great things that technology can do.
There will be a solution to the above shortly.....
