Ok, sorry, I asked a similiar question earlier about the k-3 visa...but I'm not actually married yet. a lot of what im reading says the k1 visa is easier and quicker to get....but you cant't apply for it outside the US.
Does anyone have any experience with this, and know what the actual answer is? Can you send your documents back to the US and have a friend/family member file the petition...as if you were in the country yourself. would anybody know? |
