I have googled about this - but I am hoping someone here has some answers.

How does a person already living overseas - get a business license in the United States - without returning to the USA to do so?

Also can a person get a PO Box - or mailing address to use for the business license - while overseas?



Thanks for any input on this.

I have been googling this info for a friend - and can't seem to find out much about it.
