So, I need to send a money order back home. I do know where to get one, but my question is can they be tracked? I need confirmation whether or not the receiver cashed it or not. Thanks!

I got one from KEB when I had to get my background check. Not sure about tracking.

I need to send money to the states. (not through bank transfer). I can't use personal checks either. But I need to be able to track it down and be able to have proof that it has been received and cashed. What's the best way to do this? Anyone have idea what's available in Korea that will let me do this?? Thanks!

I'm sure you can get a printout after it's been cashed. Most KEB branches have at least a couple of employees that speak English in the remittance/exchange department where you will get the money order.
