I have seen True Religions jeans sold by street vendors. Just curious whats the difference between the real one and the fake ones sold on the streets. True Religion jeans sold in Hyundai Department store is way too expensive. 600,000 KRW.

The difference is that the fake ones are only pretending to be Catholic.

yeah, you can't get into the real jeans ones till you marry them......you only have to buy the fake ones a drink to get into them Smile

Generally quality. Feel the material. Is it too thin? Is it soft? Gently pull near the seams, can you see stretch or space between the threads? Can you find any loose threads? Are the legs even? Is there stretch in the material or is it very stiff?

If the quality seems appropriate for the price, assuming fakes are like 30,000 or less, they fit well and you like the style, have at it. Regardless of brand, good jeans are hard to come by.

If you're the sort of person who likes things (more) because of branding and labels, don't bother. You'd only be lying to yourself.

A boutique here in Boise got busted earlier this year for selling fakes. They were going through what they thought was a reputable dealer and didn't even realize the error. They were selling them for like $200.00. I wouldn't spend that much on the authentic ones but my jeans price cap is about $65.

The best view I have ever witnessed was a Korean girl in a pair of those in Busan. I was not worried if they were fake or not.
