Hi All. It's almost Camp time again.
I've been at my Public Elementary School for a couple of years now, and am lucky enough to have funding to do pretty much whatever I want.
Some of the most popular things I've done so far is: paper mache masks, treasure hunts, clay modelling, the 'egg drop project' and cooking (spaghetti, pancakes, toasted sandwiches, hamburgers, cupcakes).
I would really love to hear some of the activities you have all done that were a big hit with your kids.
Cheers and thanks in advance!

Bottle tornados, really silly but kids love it. Measuring, get them to measure stuff using their hands and feet and guestimate then get the tape out. Traditional Korean board games (Yut) get them to explain how to play and then write a rule book ( and play of course )
Teach a dance, then get the kids to teach you a dance that they have made up. I'd do the cooking again as the kids just love it. Dot painting project (aboriginal art)
These are all things I have done on camps and the time has always flown. |

A yarn or string bracelet project is good. PB&Js are great, but don't use cheap PB. |
