Two wrongs don't make a right

I'd prefer for the courts to do the job of punishment, not police.

I'd also like them to be smart enough to notice the news helicopter overhead. Could of waited till they got to the station to kick his ass.

Not only did the first cop kick him in the head, the other officer jabbed him pretty hard in the side of the stomach a few times with his baton.

That guy was not resisting or combative. He did exactly what he was supposed to do at that point - spread eagle, hands out to the side and on his stomach.

Also, what's with the "High Five" they did after they cuffed him?

Amateurish and Horrific police work in my opinion.

I never said it was right.

But when looking at the series of actions on that video, to me that kick in the head is not the most serious crime - yet it's still a crime.

they could have stabbed him in the neck, not fatally, and it would've been cool with me.

you guys go to cali and check out the meth heads and the problems they cause before you pass judgment on a cop that has to chase the meth head.

I say, you run, they shoot, and its ok. Anything else is uncivilized.
