Hey ya'll,

I'm leaving May 10th so I have a one room studio apartment available (around 6 months left on contract) in the Hannam Dong Area (edge of Itaewon, the good side). Just below you begins the gorgeous executive mansions so it's quite pleasant to walk home. Rent is 350,000 won per month and deposit is a small 3,000,000 won. Why so cheap? One... it's small, basement level, and older, and two... because my fiancees father is an ex real estate guy from Hannam Dong area so he worked down the rent price and deposit. To make it even sweeter I will leave my desk n chair, 10kg washing machine, big nice fridge, all kitchen stuffs, clothes hanger, and bedding. Use it, sell, or bin it, your choice. The apartment is just down the hill from the Cheil building so it's a one minute walk to the Itaewon strip, 5 minute walk to Itaewon station, 15 minute walk to Hannam station (different line than Itaewon), and most importantly you can walk down to the Hannam buses (just before the Hannam bridge) which gives you access to almost the entire city very quickly and on the way you can pick up a coffee from Dunking Donuts, Location Location Location, that's why Hannam Dong real estate is more expensive, but not for you Smile There will be no problem getting back deposit money because this contract was done by my fiancees family and they know everyone in the area, this is as clean and transparent as it gets in these parts~
