They grill it then send it to you. Good if you're into lifting but not cooking. And want to eat real food instead of chugging down protein shakes all day.

The 고단백 stuff towards the bottom.

Thread of the year.

I assume 냉장 닭가슴살 500gx10(5kg) means frozen? That's a sweet deal right there, thanks OP.

I'm confused.. it's grilled and then shipped in what state?

re-frozen?

what's the point of grilling it in the first place? it'll taste like crap once you unfreeze it or regrill it.. or what?

bogey,

just look for the 냉장 닭가슴살 on that page I looked it up, it means "refrigerated chicken breast". Looks like you can get 11 lbs for 40k, not a bad deal.

Like I said in the first post, the 고단백 stuff is what I recommend. The ones with 고단백 in the title.

They are just lightly seasoned / salted but 무염분 is ok too. Without salt.

They grill it but I don't mind paying extra for that since whatever they do to it turns out better than what I try.

It comes cooled, in a styrofoam box. But since it's already been cooked can keep for a while in that state, until the date printed on the package.

I like both the seasoned and unseasoned.

냉장 is frozen and my friend said it's ok but obviously it's annoying to defrost... not what I'm recommending but that stuff is cheaper than my local mart too.

doesn't FRESH chicken breast only last like 3 days in the fridge before it goes off and smelly?

is this just 10kg of frozen chicken? I prefer fresh... I could only eat 200grams at the most a day

eating chicken breast that has been grilled, then frozen, then sent through the mail scounds scary? and I doubt its going to make my arms look like that.

Yeah. But cheap chicken is good to find nonetheless.

I think because it is grilled then sealed it lasts longer...? I burn over 5000 calories daily so I can eat the extra chicken.

I'm retarded so I can't prepare fresh chicken the way I want it anyways.
