I signed a contract a week ago for a school that starts on September 1st. I did not send any documents needed to get my visa. The only information the school has is my address, name, and details you'd find on a resume like education and employment.

I was offered a better position and want to sign this contract.

Could I run into any problems with the first school if I go back on the contract? What would be the best way to tell them?

Paybacks are destiny here in Korea. If he doesn't take the second job, he'll get screwed anyway.

If you have no visa and have not applied you are fine. Take what's best for your Korean boss will.
