I love my netbook! It is one of the best things I have ever bought. I mean sure it is no where near a replacement for my desktop, but the lightweight portability of it is just wicked. I use to have a 15.4 widescreen laptop and it was annoying to lug around, partly because of th size and partly because I was using it as my main computer and unhooking it from my docking station was just a pain.
My netbook is the size of a hardcover 300 page book, and I can jump on a wireless signal just about anywhere in Korea as many of them are unsecured. Built in webcam and mic action makes this thing sweet for Skype calls and it runs Warcraft 3 like a champ!
What a great invention! |

I wanted one, but decided not, because I don't travel so much anymore. Plus they raised the prices in Korea sky-high.
Same Samsung netbook cost 500,000 earlier this past year. Now it's like 850,000. |

Korea's lack of free market = Rum runner prices on electronics |

I have a HP Mini 1010nr.
Great little device. Has builtin Webcam, microphone, Flash HD , and bluetooth. The keyboard is great for the size.
I barely use it though. The screen size is the major reason. I'm so used to a 14-15inch notebook screen, that the 10" screen feels cramped. |

| I have an Acer Aspire One and I agree that they're fantastic - so portable and in my opinion, are just as functional as a normal laptop. I love it! The only thing I'm planning on adding while I'm here in Korea is a monitor for when I'm using it at home - gaming and such is a bit difficult with the small screen. |
