If someone if from a high risk group (travel to-from affected areas, proximity to potential cases, etc) who should they call in Seoul if they are exhibiting flu-like symptoms? Obviously, this is an urgent question! And, will the government charge for Tamiflu or any quarantine expenses?

Thanks for the info, especially the phone number. Which hospital is better/nicer SNU or Yonsei in your opinion? |

Both are said to be excellent, with English-speaking staff available. I know that Yonsei has a well-known/famous Dr. Linton? who is an American who is fluent in Korean.
You'll receive excellent care at either place, I'm sure. |

Thanks again. This is a pretty screwed up situation. A guy in my hotel (another new arrival) is in quarantine, someone at the office was sick today and a bunch of folks came here through Japan. It's probably not H1A1, however, the coincidence of the locations, symptoms and time frame (we arrived last Saturday and Sunday through Narita.) There is a confirmed case in Korea right now who was at Narita Airport on Sunday, so it's a disturbing collection of facts. Anyway, thanks for the info..
What luck. Last time I was here, I lived almost right next to one of the bird flu farms (within 2 km) and got severe flu when I was flying back to the states (I didn't have symptoms until airborne over the Pacific.. and now, I am seeing possible H1A1 all around me.
Welcome back to Korea right? lol.. |

| At first I just thought it was a typo, but the actually virus is called H1N1, not H1A1. Not a big deal, but if you go to the hospital saying you have the latter, they may think you are crazy. |

I've got a ticket there next week for a vacation. Anyone recommend a good mask brand? |
