Yikes. They sure are pricey in that area. Of course, it's one of the premiere places to live, so not out of line.

Our apartment is a 33 pyung (but it's as big as most 35's). We put 40 mill down and pay 900 a month. Of course, we're North of the river.

tell me about it. we have a 3 bedroom that we actually got a great deal on. 20 mill down, and 800/month. 31 pyeong, at the base of Chungyesan mountain (near at center, about 5 km from Yangjae station). It's great, cause it is on the very edge of seoul, but kind of country like. ^^ would love that apartment though I am sure.
