Hey Guys!

I have to leave Korea quite unexpectedly the end of June, so I'm searching for somebody to rent my place ASAP! The apartment consists of one big room with a small kitchen and a separated bathroom. Perfect for one person or a couple.
It's 5 minutes away from the subway station, and there are several parks and a small river nearby.
The key-money is 5 million and the monthly rent is 430,000 Won.
I'm also selling the following furniture (used but in good condition and working perfectly) and accessories, everything for around 400.000 Won:
- washing machine
- 2 small tables, 3 drawers of different size, a shoe-shelf, a chair, a scale
- big fridge
- gas range
- full tableware, frying pan, kettle, water boiler, rice-cooker, toaster, iron,
- double mattress, pillow and blanket (barely used)
I'll post some photos in a day or two.

If interested, please write me a mail!

That's a nice area. I used to live by Jeongja Station. So much more open space and greenery there. If Kim Jong Il put a gun to my head and said raise a family in Korea, I'd choose Bundang.

Would you be willing to sell some of your household items individually? In particular: toaster, mattress and pillows.

Sure, you can buy the house-hold items separately too.
How about 50.000 for the mattress, pillow and toaster?
Anything else you are interested in?

Bundang's a great area and Migeum's got a lot of character. I lived there, and in Ori last year for my first job and frequented Goodfellas and that awesome beef / pork galbi place near by. When seeking a second job, I only looked at places in Bundang and settled for Yatap/Imae.

Have you tried listing this on other sites, like craigslist, englishspectrum, koreanherald, etc?

If you're getting desperate you'll need to go to the local 부동산s...
