Okay I have an unique visa problem I can't find any help with.
Here it is...
In February I got a visa for a job at SLP in Bupyeong. Long story short... my mom found http://forums.eslcafe.com/korea/viewtopic.php?p=1536913 on these forums and told me she wouldn't support me if I went, it also made me nervous, as well. So I didn't go.
I called my consolette, explained the situation, and they said don't worry about it. If I wanted to apply for a new Visa for a different school I could.
At the start if April I applied for a new Visa for a new school. And immigration denied me.
I have looked for help everywhere, but no one seems to know what to do. I've searched the forums and it doesn't seem many people have gotten in this situation.
SLP won't respond so I can't ask them to cancel. What should I do? When do you think I will be able to apply again?
Thanks! |

An 'unused' E-2 visa expires 90 days after date of issue and one cannot hold two visas at the same time - that is why you were denied another visa in April.
You should be fine to apply for another now. |
