I want to get a large Pollack-esque abstract painting for my living room. I want something about 8' by 6'. Any suggestions of where to go? |

Insadong. You can get drunk on Makoli and your painting will look better. |

Not really--Insadong doesn't have any good modern art, and Itaewon is a joke. I looked at the National Art Museum shop, but they didn't have much abstract stuff--mostly impressionism. |

Jackson Pollock? I've never seen the abstract-impressionism posters in the galleries in Seoul.
Did you ask the art shop if you can order it? If they have it on their catalogue you can. I did it a few years ago when I was looking for Juan Miro's work and had to wait about a week.
Other than that, try online shopping.

You mean Abstract Expressionism. Also known as Action Painting. |

I Actually I was joking, but I can send you a file of some earlier work. Haven't been showing much. My focus is figurative, but if commisioned i'm flexible. I was considering(for my flat) copying a Picasso, The Three Musicians. Very large, but due to living arrangements, proved impossible. [email protected] |

I liked the toy soldiers. I used to do figurines for Dungeons and Dragons when I was younger. It was very Zen-like for me. |
