| Wait, wat? wtf is going on here!!?... The Daily (hate) Mail is reporting on Muslims self-censoring and moderating themselves. What the hell happened to the Muslim horde coming over the seas to take our virgins and religious freedom!!?....shame on the Daily Mail for reporting such folly! |

| It's funny how telling the truth is "extremism". I applaud their courage in standing up for what was right, despite the harrassment and vilification they are no doubt having to put up with now. If only a few more people had that kind of courage. |

Well I take your point. But I'm not sure it was actually a group from the Islamic Centre, merely from the community. It doesn't seem to make sense if they are from the Islamic Centre - they protested the soldiers (so they're the extremists, right?), got firebombed but are now protesting the extremists - eh?
Anyway, it doesn't negate the fact this shows Muslims self-moderate, aren't all anti-Britain extremists and that there's obviously disagreement between Muslims. So we should be thankful to the Daily Mail for pointing it out (grrrr.....) |

Issued statement under banner of The World Islamic Front for Jihad Against the Jews and Crusaders� in February 1998, saying it was the duty of all Muslims to kill US citizens civilian or military and their allies everywhere. Merged with Egyptian Islamic Jihad (Al-Jihad) in June 2001. |
