My contract finishes soon and I wouldn't mind checking out a few places before I head home. I would likely need to store all my belongings and return to Korea before flying home. I have to have a word with the boss, but hopefully he will be cool about booking the flight later or giving me the cash.

Anyway, do you know of any companies that offer a safe storage service?

Also, can you easily convert your E2 into a tourist visa if you have to stay a few days after your contract and visa expire?

One option regarding storage would be to rent the cheapest goshiwon you can find and leave your stuff in there for a month.

Would that be a safe place? I'm not sure I even know what one is.

Ask your friends to store it for you.

Because I don't think theres such a thing as organised storage facilities in Korea. I did know one guy who paid to have his stuff stored in a youth hostel, in Jongno, but half of it had been stolen by the time he got back 2 months later. he brought the police in but they didn't do much except agree with the hostel owner that "it was nobody's fault'.

Contact Allied Pickfords - do a search on google. They have offices near Yongsan. They stored a few boxes for us for 4 months for pretty cheap.
