I am getting a F4 visa, which, as far as I know you do not need to show your diploma for. This might be a dumb question, but will my employer in Korea still need to see it when I get there? I ask because I am graduating in June and won't have it for 3-4 months, and I'm wondering if I still need to wait for it even if I already have the visa. Thanks!

I'm in the same situation. I asked my school, and they said I won't be able to receive my diploma until Oct 09. I see you're from UCLA. I'm over at UCI hahaha. Congrats on graduating!

Yes, they need to know that you actually graduated from a university. I would get some transcripts or some other type of documentation that proves you graduated.

I received a letter (which I turned into EPIK as one of my documents) that said I had completed all classes and requirements and will successfully graduate before arriving in Korea. Would this be okay for the ARC card or do I have to wait until October, when I get my actual diploma, to get my ARC card?

I had the same problem. They said I wouldn't get my diploma to August. Send an email to your recorder and call you transcript office and ask them if they can speed it up. I'll be getting mine next week.
