Today is re-signing day for many at SMOE. I'm not sure if I want to stay in Korea for another year. On the one hand it's a job and that's nice to have in this economy. On the other hand for me two years sems like enough time to spend in Korea when there is a whole world out there. But that brings me back to the first point. Where can we find secure jobs teaching ESL and be able to pay off student loans while doing so?
I'm thinking about taking six months off and doing some traveling and part time work here and there. Then at the end of the six months come crawling back if nothing pans out.
Anyone else have a good exit strategy to share? |

That is my exit strategy also. September 1 it will be one-way to Thailand. I will sort it out when I get there! |
