You need to install an activeX (tiny little piece of software) for that. With IE, you should be given that option by a bar at the top when you enter the website. |

Yeah, this one doesn't work with Firefox.
Install the app that eamo mentioned and it should be fine running on IE. The search function isn't all that great, but the route finder is seriously AMAZING. |

It can be pretty buggy sometimes, even when using IE and the Active X. When it works smoothly, though, it's brilliant. |
