Close to the station, 10million deposit and 900k a month.

I could take over your lease as long as there's more than 2 months or so left on the contract.

The living room and bedroom need to be separate, not a big open one room.

I just saw a bunch of places around Gangnam Station. One was great for 800k a month and exactly what I wanted except it was on the 4th floor with no elevator. So I got a good idea as to what the places are going for around there.

Just trying to widen my options, not pay the realtor fee and possibly get a place with under a year contract.

Flame away.

Email me at culticon at lycos dot com or send me a private message if you got a place. Thanks.

The only thing you'll get for that in Gangnam is loft officetel.

As I mentioned, I don't want to deal with a realtor at a 부동산.

And I found a nice 분리형 (no excessive 권리비 like an officetel) at this price but I'm trying to see what other options are out there.

Your best bet would be getting a Korean friend to get you on the NAver Cafe "Peterpan". There are a ton of listing for places on there.

I've seen a few one-room villas, that have a separate livingroom/bedroom.

When I was looking for a place in the area, there were a couple on Craigs List. Not a great option, but one to check once a day.

I might be moving out soon.. before the end of July. Would you be interested to take over this place? My lease ends late July but if I get the job north of the river, might move out earlier.

My place is in Yeoksam- 1 stop away from Kangnam Station (by train).. or 2 stops away by bus.. or about 15-20 minutes on foot.

10mil key/700K monthly rent.
on the 3rd floor- a one bedroom apartment. no living room, sorry! but the bedroom and the rest of the place is separated by a sliding door.

Let me know if you're interested:

Moving in/out will be tough I guess...even with a bike to maybe haul up and down, but otherwise...what's wrong with a few stairs?

Bad luck living on the fourth floor. Ask for a discount. Funny thing...2 of my apartments in Asia have been on the 4th floor.
