I went to the website- trying to book a flight to Memphis. It is not on the direct or indirect flight.

So do some problem solving.

Problem: I can't book a flight on Korean Air's website to where I want to go.

Possible solutions:
1. Try another airline: Asiana, Continental, American Airlines, etc.
2. Try a travel website such as Expedia
3. Use a travel agent (I like Xanadu in Itaewon)
4. If you're set on using Korean Air, call them.

I couldn't get any quotes out of Korean Air English site. It's either broken or you need to use a travel agent.

That would be, I assume, because Korean Air does not actually fly to Memphis.

This happens a lot with airline and travel agent websites bro. Just persit and in few months or years, someone will rectify the problem.
