I purchased a used Jooyontech computer monitor/TV that we're using in the kitchen as a TV. There is no remote. The seller in Yongsan offered to sell me a remote for another 10,000 won, but I didn't. Now I wish I had. Anyone know the remote code for either a Joyoontech or a Topsync TV/computer monitor? Topsync is the actual maker, I learned online.

Also, do those universal remotes "find" the codes for you somehow? I have a marantz remote that is supposed to do that, which I use for my receiver, but it takes too long to manually go through and try to find the right code. Can you just press a button and let the all-in-one remotes search by themselves or something?

As far as I know, unfortunately not, man, you just have to cycle through all the codes. The remote does it itself, starting at 0000 and going through to 9999 and all combinations, about one every 3 seconds or so (for example). So, it takes a while.
Do you have a "learning" remote that reads the codes for other remotes, or are you entering the numbers manually?
Go back and drop the 10K on the remote and get a learning remote off gmarket.

I went to a local store and tried to find a learning remote, but all I could find was some that had specific vendors (from what I could tell). Not sure if they are programmable. One had a website which may have been for remote codes, but not sure. We heard we can get an original one from Jooyontech for possibly 15,000. I should have taken the guy up on his offer of 10,000 extra when I bought it. Oh well.

here's the learning remote I have:
http://www.gmarket.co.kr/challenge/neo_goods/goods.asp?goodscode=124795018&pos_shop_cd=SH&pos_class_cd=111111111&pos_class_kind=T&search_keyword

but again, it helps if you have the original remote for it to "learn" from.

Those two didn't work. Or are they supposed to be between those numbers?

Do you have a link? Thanks.
