I'm going to be teaching at Moonkkang in Seongseo, Daegu in July. I've scoured the net for ages trying to find a decent map of Daegu or SeongSeo...best i can find is a mini map of Seongseo on the subway site but its not very useful to me or the wikimap, that's like google-earth.
Does anyone know of a good Daegu map, or a map focused on Seongseo..
What I really want to see if the schools location from the subway station etc.

Sungseo Moonkkang is not going to be on ANY internet map. It's merely a tenant in a multi tenant building. If you even did find the building, it would be written in Hangeul and not English anyway. |

The school is about a 5 minute walk from the subway station. |

My friend and his girlfriend just moved there and work at the school. I visited them last weekend and they are loving the school/location/accomodation. Just thought you'd like to know |

Cheers, that one from
http://english.daegu.go.kr/AboutDaegu/AreaMap/2001pdf/map_main.htm
was exactly what I had been looking for, i'd come across it before but because it was a .exe file and I have a Mac, i had never bothered to try and open it - I put a bit more effort in this time though and found a way of opening it without bootcamp or parallels.
and thanks cwaddell, it's so reassuring to hear good feedback about the school/location/apartments etc! |

Glad you like it. The satellite map is also pretty cool to use in conjunction-it even has some landmarks marked so will give you a better feel how things are laid out. |
