My girl and I are looking for someone to take over the lease on our apt which is located about 100m up from Waffle Factory.
Here are some specs:

Rooms: 3 rooms/1 bathroom
-1 medium sized bedroom
-1 large living room
-1 small room (we use it for clothing etc)
-1 good size dinning/living area
-There is also roof access (shared with the laundry downstairs)
Key money: 3 million
Rent: 720 000 won per month.
Available: Whenever you are ready.
