|
|
I taught in Korea from 1996-2000. I am looking to come back in the Fall.
I'm talking to YBM about adults-only hakwons.
They provide a housing subsidy rather than an individual housing unit.
Before, I always had free housing, so I'm not familiar enough with the housing environment in Seoul related to this kind of deal.
Are any of you living in Seoul or have lived in Seoul in your own apartment in this kind of deal?
What are the housing options and costs?
Pretty much any information you can give me will be helpful.
You can reply here or email me at [email protected]
Thanks... |

Depends on the area and what type of housing that you're looking for. On average you'll need a deposit of around 10,000,000 won and about 500,000 a month or more (again depending on location and type). |
