I've always thought about trying to have my rent paid for by others or even make a profit out of it, too. Maybe I'll have to see if I can swing it. Good idea, op. |

This isn't that bad of an idea actually. Would you rather give 5 million won in key money to a landlord so they can invest it and collect earnings from it, or would you rather pay this guy 450,000 and invest the 5 million yourself? |

nobody's getting ripped off here. rent is 1.9 mil/month, and one of the roommates has already taken care of the key money. One of the rooms is already gone, so if anyone else is interested, let me know ASAP. Thanks. |
